Want to learn how to create needle lace? Craft delicate flowers out of a needle and thread.
Join fiber artist and author Melissa Galbraith of MCreativeJ to craft your own needle lace flowers. In this 2.5 hour, hands on workshop, you’ll create a flower design, learn how to couch thread, then use the buttonhole stitch to stitch the needle lace into place. This is a beginner-friendly workshop and all materials are included.
Kit Fee - $5
Kit Includes - Assorted full skeins of DMC embroidery thread, an embroidery needle, card stock and printed instructions.
Student will also have the use of - glue sticks and scissors in class
Admittance ticket to the 2026 Sewing & Stitchery Expo is required to attend this class. Class kit will be available for pick up at time of workshop. Date and time TBD.
