Shipping policy

- How is my order shipped? When will my order arrive?
Please refer to the tracking number in your confirmation email. Domestic orders are shipped with USPS or UPS and International orders are shipped via UPS or DHL. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier.

- My order is lost. What should I do?
Domestic: If your domestic order is lost in the post, please contact the shipping provider (USPS/UPS) with the reference number from your purchase confirmation.

International: International orders without upgraded tracking cannot be refunded or replaced. Contact me for tracking options to international locations before ordering.
