Beautifully done and gives information I'm always looking for

I've been embroidering since HS when doing the entire back of a denim work shirt was in fashion. That said, I have not worked at the level of Melissa Galbraith and that is something to aspire to. I love having her book as a reference and the inspiring color project photos along with details on the stitches is perfect. I have kept only a couple embroidery books over the years. Most don't focus on the stitches well, this book does and I'm thrilled to have it on my bookshelf.

I’m headed to Chicago for @hhamericas trade show and to teach two workshops with @nina_chicago and @maydelcraft For trade shows that are out of state, I pack everything in suitcases. It’s always a tight squeeze to fit kits, books, and display materials all together. It was about half way into the second suitcase that I started to have a minor freak out about my cases being over weight and not having everything fit.   • In the studio⁠ Here’s a deep dive into what’s packed into my studio. It’s currently packed to the brim with supplies, so much so that I’m not really sure where to put it all.⁠ ⁠ Tariffs have made it really hard to plan as a small business. Not only the fact that I can’t get many of my supplies made in the US, but that tariff rates are constantly changing and I’m not charged the tariff until the goods are delivered. When I placed my order for hoops (over 2 months ago) the tariff price was much lower than when they were actually delivered. Running a small business is even more of a roller coaster these days.
