Let’s collage landscapes with fabric and thread! Learn how to create your own fabric landscape using raw edge applique embroidery with fiber artist and author Melissa Galbraith of MCreativeJ. This hands-on workshop will cover how to pair fabrics to create your own unique landscapes, basic applique, and beginner-friendly embroidery stitches like the satin stitch, chain stitch, fly stitch, and French knots. You will get to choose from a wide variety of fabrics, thread colors, and various hoop shapes to bring your landscape to life. You'll get started on your project in class and take it home to finish stitching.

Kit Fee - $20
Kit Includes - Your choice of embroidery hoop, assorted fabrics, assorted embroidery thread, an embroidery needle, sewing pins, and printed instructions.

Student will have the use of - thread gloss and scissors in class
Student should consider bringing - needle threaders, additional light, glasses/magnification

Admittance ticket to the 2027 Sewing & Stitchery Expo is required to attend this class. Class kit will be available for pick up at time of workshop. Class will be on
